Alternate Logon to Windows XP without Password

Logon to Windows XP with Secondary Logon without the need to enter a Password

Dear Readers, if you ever tried to enter a Windows XP system usually found on Schools, Cafe, Offices, Work Place etc. and were unable to logon because you didn't know the password for a specific account available in that system, then this trick may solve your problem... All you need to do is follow these instructions:

Press " ALT + CTRL + DEL " (Without Quotes) twice at the logon screen. (Make sure there is no account with name Administrator)
A Secondary Logon will popup.
In the User field, enter " Administrator " (Without Quotes) and Leave the password field blank/empty.
Press Enter. It should let you in. ( If not, there is possibility that the User had set an administrative password during Windows XP Installation).

Q: Want to know why & how this trick works ??

A: The simple answer to this question is that during an unattended Windows XP Installation or Installing Windows XP from MiniXP or Certain Modded Windows XP ISO Image* files, the Installation process skips the User Account Setup and directly asks the user to Create user account with up to 5 accounts options as you may have already noticed. This setups the secondary User Account with Administrative Privileges, while the Primary Administrator is set without or a blank password which when used with this trick, doesn't require you to enter any password...

* Modded ISO Images are modified form of an Original ISO Image file, in such a manner to allow customization of Core OS that may or may not include features, programs, customization, personalization, extra drivers, apps, themes, registry hacks, explorer hacks etc etc.

Dear Readers, if you want to know how to turn on the PC in 10 seconds (may vary), then here's what u have to do in order to turn your PC on in under 10 seconds.

Type " Regedit " in Run Dialog Box Without Quotes either from Start Button or By Pressing Win Key + R key combination.It'll Open Run Dialog Box for you.
Press Enter or hit OK.
This will open Registery Editor, now look for the key.
HKEY_LOACAL_MECHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ContentIndex
now there find the Key Called "Startup Delay"
Double Click On It
Now where its Base
Click Decimal
Now its Default Value Is 4800000 (75300:hexadecimal)
Change The Value To 40000
Done!!
Now close the Registry Editor and Restart Your Computer.

Convert Your Partitions from FAT32 to NTFS Without Formatting or Losing your data through Command Prompt - No Need for any Software..

Dear Readers, today i will lead you to how to convert Partition of any drive attached to a Windows PC either it's a Hard Disk Drive, Flash Drive or an External HDD from FAT32 to NTFS... Let's Start with the Basics...

What is a File System ?
A: A file system is the underlying structure a computer uses to organize data on a hard disk. If you are installing a new hard disk, you need to partition and format it using a file system before you can begin storing data or programs. In Windows, the three file system options you have to choose from are NTFS, FAT32, and the older and rarely-used FAT (also known as FAT16).

Advantages of NTFS over FAT32

The capability to recover from some disk-related errors automatically, which FAT32 cannot.
Improved support for larger hard disks.
Better security because you can use permissions and encryption to restrict access to specific files to approved users.
Maximum Volume Size is 2TB over 32GB of FAT32
Maximum File Size for Storing is nearly Unlimited over 4GB of FAT32
Allows Compression of Files and Folders where as FAT32 doesn't
Has the ability to auto counter disk related problem that are not major, while FAT32 always performs Chkdsk command at startup when an error is encountered.

Many a times you might have thought of converting your Partitions from FAT32 to NTFS because of the excessive features offered by the NTFS Partition and Suddenly a question arises that this might result in Loss of Data of your Partition.

So, Here's how to get it done through Command Prompt..

Converting Your Partition File System From FAT32 to NTFS

Open Command Prompt in Administrator Mode, To do this, click on start (Win XP/Vista/7) or Hit Windows button (Win 7/8) --> under the search bar, type in Command --> When you see a black icon labeled Command Prompt, Right click on it and select Run as Administrator.
After the command prompt windows has appeared, enter the following command" convert C: /FS:NTFS " - without double quotes.(Replace letter C: with any drive you want to convert)
You will be asked to confirm the Volume label of the Partition you want to convert.
That's it.. it will take some time depending on your system, running tasks and storage allocated to that partition.
Take Sometime and perform " Chkdsk C: /F " command before converting your partition to any other filesystem. This ensures that you have a healthy partition and no errors occurs during conversion process.

Setup Videocon Internet on PC with Mobile without PC Suite

Setup Videocon Mobile Internet on PC without PC Suite through Manual Settings

Dear Readers, to do this, You need USB drivers of your mobile phone be installed on your PC, which you are gonna use for Internet access. In order to access Internet on Your PC, you need to follow these two steps:

Set up a Dial-Up Connection:

Click on Start Button and go to Control Panel
Open Network Connections.
From the Left Windows Task Pane, Select "Create a New Connection"
A Connection Wizard will open, Select Next and then Select Connect to Internet from the list provided.
Choose to "Setup my Connection Manually" and hit Next.
Choose " Connect using a dial-up modem" and hit Next.
Enter ISP Name as " Videocon " without Quotes Next --> " *99# " as Phone Number and hit Next, Leave the Username and Password fields blank and hit Next. Finally click on "Finish".
Now you're Dial-up Connection is Set..

Set Up Your Modem:

Again Go to Control Panel ---> " Phone and Modem Options ".
Enter " 01 " as your Area Code and Hit Next.
Make sure you Modem is Listed under Modems Tab and is in Working Condition, if your modem isn't listed then make sure you have installed usb drivers for your phone and your phone is connected to your PC in either " PC Suite " Mode or " Connect to PC " Mode. You'll have your Modem listed as soon as your USB drivers have finished installing.
Select your Modem and hit on Properties.
Now Go to Advanced Tab and enter extra initialization commands exactly as +CGDCONT=001,"IP","vinternet.com"
Apply the settings and click OK.

You're now Setup manually with Videocon Mobile Internet on PC with Manual Settings.. Enjoy !!!

Adf.ly Servers Down in India or Banned ?

Is Adf.ly down or is being blocked/banned in India ?

Dear Readers, your question may be same that whether Adf.ly is down/blocked/dead or why it isn't opening ??

Many of you may also know that DoT (Department of Telecommunications) of India has recently blocked this domain Adf.ly (until further notice)... but unfortunately large amount of links (that contains precious data and information) are stored on this domain by many websites, which may contain information or other stuff that you need at once...

Now the big question arises that "How to open link contained in Adf.ly domain when it is being blocked by either ISP or Country" ?

It's solution is, You can easily open it by using any proxy software and/or IP hiding software. For this you can try this link Visit Websites Blocked/Banned by Your ISP or Country . For Mozilla firefox users, they can try add-ons from mozilla.org that can change proxy from the browser within... No extra software or installation is needed to use proxy add-ons such as FoxyProxy or proxy changer... You can also use IP hiding softwares similarly that Masks your original IP address with a fake one from their list of servers...

How to know what's hosted on the Link and how to access your account page on Adf.ly without using any proxy software ?

To open Adf.ly link even it is blocked in India, Just add the "s" at protocol "http" making it "https://adf.ly". When you click on this link, it'll let you in and you'll be able to view the file name or Link name which is hosted on the Adf.ly link... But you won't be able to proceed further because the Adf.ly countdown timer won't start because of this restriction by India applied... NOTE: you may have to clear browser's cache and cookies...

A little advice - Before opening any Adf.ly link, make sure same is hosted what is published that you are reading. It is indicated on your browser's Title bar and/or Tab button in which the link is being opened... It's good to know what are you being provided because there are many websites that provide information that is demanding but when you click on link, it provides you with nothing but rubbish...

Update: 1 - View Destination Link even if Adf.ly is blocked.

Install adblock extension for Chrome or other ad blocking extension to firefox and Add https:// just before your link that you want to view and it'll pop up a message saying that adblocking software is running and You can see a Continue button at the bottom of page. Click on Continue button and it'll now let you browse and visit the destination site.
Eg: adf.ly/MySite ----> https://adf.ly/MySite

How to Install Dot Net Framework 3.5 on Windows 8 All Editions

Installing .Net Framework 3.5 on Windows 8

Dear Readers, You may have sometimes noticed while using windows 8 that some apps won't Run properly and some even doesn't open up... It's because of a reason that the application are designed in .Net Framework Environment these days that requires .Net Framework 2.0,3.0,3.5,4.0,4.5 etc. (Different application need different versions of .Net Framework and may not work with most out dated or most recent version of .Net Framework). Now you need to just install .Net Framework 3.5.. Just follow these 2 simple steps...

Method 1 (Offline Installation using cmd):

Enter your Windows 8 Installation Disk into DVD Drive... or Mount the .iso file...
Now run Command Prompt as an Administrator... Hit Start --> type in "CMD" or "Command" without quotes, when you see command prompt listed on top of apps list, Right Click on Command Prompt and Select option "Run as Administrator" from the bottom area near taskbar.
Now type in " DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:G:\sources\sxs " without quotes.. (where G: will be your drive letter of DVD Drive or Mounted Image Virtual Drive.. Replace G: with your actual drive letter if it's other than G:)
The .Net Installation will begin and the Feature will be installed with in a few minutes...

Method 2 (Online Method using Windows Update):

If for some reasons the Method 1 doesn't work for you, either your installation media doesn't have that installation file for .Net Framework or You have no Windows Installation disk at the moment, then you can try this second sure fire method that'll work for everyone.. Because in this method, the feature will be installed straight from Windows Update but it is much lengthy process especially if you are on a slow connection..

For this, Go to Control Panel --> Programs and Features --> Turn Windows Features on or off --> Select the option .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) --> Hit OK. A Pop-up windows will appear asking that Windows needs to download additional files from Windows Update... Select Install this feature.. Wait until it's done..

That's all folks.. You'll have .Net Framework 3.5 Installed in your Windows 8...

If for some reasons, Google is not approving your application, then you can try Alternate way for Google Adsense i.e. YouTube.
In order to apply for Adsense from YouTube Account, You need to have signed into your Google account or sign up for a new account if you don't already have...
After Signing in, go to YouTube Settings --> Channels Settings --> Monetize option --> Enable
After you have applied for Monetize option, focus on Uploading Videos on YouTube, Make Sure the Videos you upload comply with Google Adsense and YouTube's Terms and Conditions...
Try Uploading Videos with Higher Resolutions i.e. 720p or 1080p...
Upload a minimum of 3-5 Videos in order to get your application approved easily... although 2 Videos will do the trick but better be on safe side than safety...
Make Sure Videos uploaded are more than 30 Sec in length... i.e. Videos less than 30 Sec will not be taken into account and will not qualify you for Adsense approval... Focus on Uploading Videos more than 1 min and Should Complying with Terms & Conditions...
That's all you need to qualify for Google Adsense...

Android Hack - Increase Internal Memory

How to Increase Internal Memory of Android Phones...!!!

Not Enough Memory on your Android device's internal storage even after moving applications to SD Card..!! Then this trick should do the rest..

Requirements :

Rooted Device..
(ClockWorkMod) CWM Recovery Also known as Custom Recovery.. - Search on www.xda-developers.com or www.androidauthority.com for version compatible with your Device
Link2SD - Download Link2SD

NOTE: Rooted Phone is a must.. You must Root your device in order for this trick to work..

Root Your Device (Rooting Phone means --> Gain Administrative access/rights just as Run as Administrator command in Windows 7 or 8)
Backup your SD Card.. Copy every thing as your SD card will be formatted while making it a dual Partition SD Card..
Reboot your device into Recovery mode (CWM Custom Recovery - Stock Recovery won't do any good..) & Make sure you have SD Card inserted and Backed up before further proceeding.
Now select the Advanced option in CWM Recovery and then Select "Partition SD Card" (You'll have to use Volume keys to move cursor up or down and Power Key to Select highlighted option)
Now Select the desired value of your Secondary Partition that will be "ext2".. as such 128 MB, 256 MB, 512 MB, 1024MB, 2048 MB & 4096 MB according to your requirements.. 1024MB will be fine for most of the cases. Beware that selecting value higher than 1024MB will certainly take much much longer to Partition your SD Card..
Now Swap size windows will appear. Select 0 MB as Swap Size because you won't be needing to use Swap file unless you have very little RAM (Swap it similar to Pagefile for Windows PC's that act as RAM)
After this, your SD Card will be Formatted and Partitioned, Where one will be FAT32 and second will be ext2..
After this has been done, Restart your device.
Install the Link2SD.apk android app and open the installed app, a popup windows will appear.
Select ext2 from the list popped up and select ok. (A notification will appear that "creating / mounting script")
Your device will reboot, if not, then reboot manually..
Now open Link2sd and a list of installed apps could be seen..
Select any app you wish to be moved to SD Card, a popup menu will appear asking for options like "Create Link", "Remove Link", "Move to SD Card", "Move to Phone", "Reinstall", "Uninstall"..
Now select "Create Link" and Select all options that'll appear such as "Link Application File", "Link dalvik-cache", "Link library files" etc. and select OK. (WARNIING: Do not select Move to SD Card option or else your Application will be moved to SD card as usually done before Link2sd..)
That's it.. All DONE.. Enjoy the freed up storage.. :)

Blocking/Unblocking a Website or I.P. Address in Windows Environment

How to Block or Unblock a Website or IP Address within your Computer

Follow the Procedure as under :

Open the Hosts File, Go to Run Command (Win Key + R) and type in "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts" or alternatively go to My Computer->Windows Installation Directory (Usually Drive C: ) -> Windows -> System32 -> drivers -> etc -> hosts file
Open the file with notepad.. (If you are using windows Vista/7 or 8, Right Click the hosts file and select properties --> under the Security Tab, Select all options under your Username and/or Administrator such as Write,Read,Read & Execute, Special Permissions --> Click Apply and then open that file with notepad - otherwise you won't be able to save changes to your hosts file)
Find labels such as 127.0.0.1 localhost and move to the last line and enter the IP address of the Website you want to block along with it's name.
It should look like this --> 74.125.236.148 www.google.com ( IP Address SiteName)
Save the changes made by pressing CTRL+S..
You have successfully blocked www.google.com from being accessed within your computer

To Know the IP Address of a Website open command prompt and type "ping sitename" (without quotes) where site name could be any site name you want to block such as Facebook.. It should look like this --> 31.13.70.49 www.facebook.com

How to Add Custom Shortcuts in Sandboxie

Do You Need to add shortcuts for applications of your choice straight to desktop ? Need to force them run into Sandbox just by double clicking ? Without selecting "Run Sandboxed" Right Click context menu.. ?

Open Sandboxie Control.
Select the Windows Integration option under Configure menu.
Under the Shortcut icons, select the " Add shortcuts icons "..
Select/check the Run as UAC Administrator.
Select Applications you want to add to desktop as shortcut from either Programs menu or All files and folder option.
DONE.. You have successfully created custom shortcuts to your desktop.. ENJOY !!

Computer Trick - Folder Lock Trick To Protect Your Privacy

Do you worry about privacy or do you maintain some personal files on the office system or at Friends pc then you must lock that folder.There are many softwares that most people use to lock their Personal files. But this trick is the safest and locks files or folders without use of any software.

Suppose you want to lock the folder Songs in F:\ which has the path F:\Songs.
In the same drive create a text file and type

ren songs songs.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}

Now save this text file as loc.bat

Create another text file and type in it

ren songs.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}songs

Now save this text file as key.bat

You can now see 2 batch files loc and key. Run the loc.bat file and the folder (songs) will change to control panel icon encrypting your data and you cannot view its contents until it's unlocked again. Run the key.bat file and you will get your original folder.
try it out!!!!!!!

Note: Use Your Exact Folder Name which you want to protect. Keep the Key.bat file in safe location so that no one can Run that file Knowingly or Unintentionally..

It is safe as in case if you loose the key file, you can create it again but the folder name must be same as previous. {You can find the folder name under control panel icon (Protected Folder)}.

Update: This trick no longer works with the Windows 7 SP1 update or Windows 8..
